I’m a licensed therapist who helps people work with the mind-body connection so they can heal from the past, evolve into the version of themselves they want to be, and reconnect with the people in their lives.

I use EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to help survivors heal efficiently, effectively, and deeply.

Currently accepting clients for online therapy in California and Ohio or in-person at my office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
