FAQs

Here are some of the most common questions that I get about therapy with me.

If you don’t see your question here, feel free to contact me and I would be happy to help.

  • My office is located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

I also offer online trauma therapy and online counseling to residents of California and Ohio.

  • I offer in person sessions at my office in Rancho Cucamonga on Wednesdays and Fridays.

I offer online trauma therapy to anyone living in California or Ohio on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Psychotherapy is an investment in yourself that requires money, effort, and commitment.

Please see the sections below for my fees for specific services.

  • My standard fee is $250 per clinical hour (50 - 55 minutes).

  • EMDR Intensives are priced at $1400 . This includes a 90 minute Preparation session, 3 hour Intensive, and 50 minute Integration session. You will also receive a thorough Preparation Workbook that will help us both to get the most out of our time together.

A 50% deposit is due at time of booking to secure your spot.

Previous Intensive clients can book a second 3 hour Intensive after completing their initial Intensive program. These are priced at $750.

  • Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a transformative service that requires a significant commitment.

KAP is priced per session but requires an 8 dosing session commitment. You are also required to attend 2 preparation sessions and an integration session between each dosing session .

Preparation and Integration sessions are priced at my standard rate of $225. Dosing sessions (2.5 - 3 hours) are priced at $500.

The total cost for eight dosing sessions (including two preparation sessions, eight integration sessions, and a closing session) is $6475. These costs are spread over the course of 6 - 7 months.

  • My fee for a 50 minute clinical consultation is $150.

  • I do not bill health insurance for my services.

I am not in network with any insurance plans. This means that I do not bill insurance directly and my clients pay out of pocket for services.

You may have out-of-network benefits that you can use to help pay for therapy. I can assist you with checking these benefits during your free consultation call.

  • In an effort to expand access to therapy, I reserve a portion of my time for clients who are unable to afford my full fee. These sessions tend to fill quickly, but do not hesitate to ask me if there are any available at the moment.

Another way that I help to make therapy more accessible is by working with the California Victims Compensation Boards(CalVCB). If you have been the victim of a crime and are experiencing mental health symptoms (like PTSD) you can get counseling paid for by CalVCB.
